Full-time Mom
Monica  faithfully followed all the instructions for Kegel exercises, but still experienced embarrassing, annoying stress incontinence when she laughed, sneezed, or coughed.  She especially found her lack of bladder control a nuisance during allergy season when her sneezing would cause her bladder to leak urine.  Monica was surprised to hear of Cath’s success with using a nerve-specific muscle treatment for urine leakage concerns.

Stress Incontinence Treatment Plan

After the first week of treatments, Monica first noticed a dramatic improvement in her ability to control her bladder when she was laughing with her friends.  By the end of the third week, the improvement was enough for Monica to confidently discontinued use of her discreet panty liners for light incontinence.

Stress Incontinence Follow-up Plan

While Monica no longer has incontinence, she indulges in a tune-up every two months to maintain feeling great in her busy life.  Monica is so glad she took a chance and tried Cath’s massage techniques for her incontinence.
